What may be inside your pack

Your pack may not contain new-in-box items. Check the category and condition range shown before you order.

Customer returns and overstock

Packs may contain customer returns, outlet overstock and past-season inventory that is still suitable for the stated surprise-pack format.

New without box or tags

Original packaging, shoeboxes, hang tags or retail sleeves may be missing unless the pack description states otherwise.

Mixed sizing

Sizes are mixed, so every item may not fit you. Check this before you order.

Disclosed mystery outcomes are final sale.

  • Assortment result, style, color or category preference.
  • Size mismatch or mixed-size outcome.
  • Missing retail packaging, new without box or new without tags.
  • Your preference tags are not met.
  • You change your mind about the assortment after delivery.

The pack price does not include free delivery unless stated. You will see the delivery charge, known duties or taxes and final payable total before you pay.

Members with a completed surprise pack order can exchange items here; buying and selling are not supported.

Who can post

  • Sign in and verify a completed surprise pack order before posting.
  • You can have up to 3 active swap posts per completed order.
  • Your post can go live after the required details and completed order are confirmed.
  • Photos and condition details come from members and are not independently verified.

Blocked behavior

  • No buying, selling, payment requests, cash difference, auctions, commissions, wallets, escrow or payouts.
  • Do not expose email, phone numbers, social handles, payment accounts or shipping addresses in public text.
  • Do not say Poplootloop or another organisation has verified or authenticated an item.
  • No external payment links or off-site transaction instructions.

Safety reminders

  • Same-country swaps are preferred.
  • Cross-border swaps are not encouraged and both sides are responsible for shipping, customs and loss risk.
  • Use tracked shipping and keep proof of handoff.
  • Report posts that ask for money, expose contact details or misrepresent item condition.

Answers about orders and swaps

How do I see the price for my location?

Choose your delivery country on the product page. The pack price updates to the local currency, while delivery, duties and taxes are confirmed separately before payment.

Can I choose sizes or exact items?

You can share style preferences, but exact items are not selectable. When inventory allows, we will use those preferences without guaranteeing size, category, colour, brand or style. Pieces that are not the right fit can be shared, gifted or listed on the exchange-only swap board.

Is delivery included in the pack price?

No. The displayed price covers the pack only. You will see delivery, duties, taxes and the full payable total before you pay.

How is pack quality made visible?

Before you order, you can see the pack's category and condition range. After shipping, you receive a list of packed items so missing or incorrect items can be checked.
